My little sister and I suffered unthinkable traumas; my sister was sexually assaulted, while our younger sister was trafficked. Our personal adversities inspire this call to change, to ensure others like us learn to use their voices and overcome fear. Current statistics reveal a grim reality: Every 73 seconds, an American is sexually assaulted. However, around 3 out of 4 assaults go unreported (Rainn.org). It is critical to foster an environment that aids victims in voicing their experiences.

We seek to institute programs that educate victims about their rights, provide professional counseling, and encourage them to record and report their unfortunate experiences. We aim to pressure governing bodies and educational institutions nationwide to implement such programs and tackle sexual abuse at its core.
