Why the fee hostel should be merged? 

As a hosteller we all submitted our hotel fee for session 2019-2020, which was 60,000 RS and was supposed to be of whole year that is from July 2019 to June 2020. But if we notice we are not been living in our hostels for last 3 months that is from March. We have not used any of the amenities provided by the hostels neither rooms, nor water, electricity and laundry, nothing. If we calculate the hostel rent is 15000 for 3 months that we have already paid for nothing. 

The request is to carry forward those 15000 RS in our next hostel fee for session 2020-2021. In these financial crisis where whole of our country is struggling with down turned economy, not everyone is able enough to pay such a huge amount. 15000 RS is not an small amount to be paid without any reason, not everyone is financially strong in this situation. 

The last date for submitting hostel fee for next session is 10 July 2020. The administration of amity university should look into this matter as soon as possible. We are looking forward to some positive response. 

We hope our authorities will come forward with a positive response.
