Freedom of speech can not be selectively bandied around. Payal Rohtagi has made a video on one of the political families based on evidence from a book. For this she has been arrested. While hardened criminals, drunk actors (killing and maiming people) and corrupt politicians are getting bail, she has been denied the same and sent to judicial custody for eight days. People are loosing faith in the judiciary, and such step motherly treatment, to one of the prominent stars, just because she said something against one of the political families is unacceptable. I demand that the Home Minster intervenes in this matters and help in the release of the actress from judicial custody.
