We understand that the university is doing everything they can at the time of this vicious outbreak that is affecting the whole world. Online courses might seem like a good alternative, but unfortunately it is not. We live in a third world country and internet isn't on our side. We have one of the worse internet connections in the world (ranking at the bottom of the charts). It might be working in big cities like Beirut (most of the time it is not), but in other rural areas such as beqaa,the north, and the south, it is not. Moodle isn't working, videos aren't loading, PowerPoints aren't opening and we were never able to attend Zoom meetings. We can't upload assignments nor download the questions. 

We tried using mobile data, but it isn't efficient, enough, or affordable and at some places there are absolutely no phone signal. 

We can't understand the material, and we aren't able to keep up with the process. 

In some courses, there was no measures taken regarding workload and exams, we are forced to work just as hard, with not as much resources or help. We are feeling pressured!

We cannot afford to get bad grades, wrecking our grade point average along with our future. We are simply asking that you give this some thought, and take it intro consideration. It isn't a time were we can perform mentally as good. 

We are getting tired, physically and mentally, and some measures should be taken to avoid bigger escalations.
