Add Orthorexia and Sensory Processing Disorder to the DSM-6

Add Orthorexia and Sensory Processing Disorder to the DSM-6
The Issue
The DSM-5 was published in 2013, and since then, lots of change has happened in the psychiatry community. The DSM-5 is missing many disorders, but these two, I believe, deserve a place after all the research put into them.
Orthorexia is defined as an eating disorder that creates an unhealthy obsession with the quality of food that one eats. It often causes one to avoid eating sustainable food or eating entirely. It leads to malnutrition, and in some cases, death.
Sensory Processing Disorder is a neurological disorder common in people with anxiety, depression, or Autism Spectrum Disorder. The disorder doesn't allow one to process sensory information correctly, making one extremely sensitive to their surroundings and can even cause physical pain in some cases.
These disorders affect many people without them even knowing it. The APA's mission is to help provide new symptoms and conditions in the DSM to help get specific treatment for all, yet it is reluctant to change.
Please help me make this change to get people the healthcare treatment they deserve.
