American Girl company currently limits casting calls to those that are represented by talent agencies. However I strongly believe it would benefit  American Girl to open casting calls to ALL average and above average American girls .

American Girl company encourages girls to solve their own problems, so my 8 year old daughter, Emily, asked me to make this petition on her behalf . American Girl teaches girls that they can be anything they dream of being, so why not include them in casting calls? I know my little girl dreams of being an american girl that is a musical theatre performer and I am sure so many girls dream of being American Girl Doll catalog models or movie actresses. I'm very hopeful that American Girl will see this petition and consider opening ALL casting calls to ALL girls not just those that can afford talent managers and agency representation. Many little girls aspire to act and or model and dream of being the next "American Girl", I know my 8 year old does! 

  Opening this opportunity may also encourage parents and children alike to buy American Girl products and share their love of this line of collectable playable dolls that open their minds and hearts to the endless possibilities! One of those dreams of possibilities should be gracing the pages of An American Girl catalog! Right now that is an impossible dream for so many so please American Girl bring to life this opportunity for real girls that love your products and messages and dream of being a part of it all!
