This plea needs signatures, as three beloved pets face an imminent threat of inhumane destruction under the existing laws. The ridiculousness that such laws represent is unfathomable to any pet owner. Yet, our legal system fails to take this crucial fact into consideration, and subjects these innocent beings to cold laws made by humans for humans. This is not justice. 

This petition aims to transform this flawed aspect of our legal system, which recklessly endangers the lives of these owners pets, into one that protects and acknowledges their rights. We urgently need to amend these archaic laws, considering the mounting evidence that affirms this law needs to be removed.

ARTICLE 3 Sheep-Killing Dogs
Section 47-3-210. Buying, selling, receiving, or keeping sheep-killing dog prohibited. If a dog kills a sheep- not a goat, rabbit, chicken or even a cat or a dog that keeping it is prohibited. This was written in the 1800's and zero case law to warrant this article.
