As a student who wants to have a successful time at school, I feel like Cynthia Moj is not who I would like me to help. Every interaction with her is very condescending and unprofessional. Many students believe she might be scamming us by saying we have “holds” on our accounts for not paying certains fees, but those fees were usually already paid. Cynthia Moj is supposed to be there for us to answer our questions about our education, classes, and concerns. But every email from her is always condescending or never gives a straight answer. Interacting with Cynthia Moj has been one of the worst experiences I had at this school. Someone who is so rude to students shouldn’t be working at a school. To add to this, AMDA should hire a team of academic advisors to help students even more with classes, scheduled and other questions that we might have. 
Also, AMDA should allow students to schedule meetings with Education because just communicating through email can be very time consuming and sometimes a lot of things can be misinterpreted. It is impossible to get ahold this department, and many students don't feel comfortable reaching out due to Cynthia's unprofessional behavior.
