establish an AWS datacenter in Thailand

establish an AWS datacenter in Thailand
The Issue
There are many Thai startups using AWS cloud infrastructure to make their ideas realize under a really tight budget.
AWS also allows them to grow and scale the operations up with reasonable pricing.
However, AWS still hasn't felt that Thailand is a sensible destination to establish a datacenter locally, meaning that there're no AWS "regions" here.
By establishing a new data center in Thailand, Thai startups will have access to a domestic region for much lower latency. This will undeniably help boost startup ecosystem in Thailand, and attract even more customers to jump on board with AWS.
Additionally, Thai government agencies cannot use AWS since AWS do not have a datacenter presence domestically.
By physically constructing an AWS datacenter here, Thai government agencies will be permitted to procure AWS services.
This, in turn, will help the public sector achieve what we call Thailand 4.0 much sooner.
