It has been weeks since the launch of LostArk servers, and still, players across Europe and other regions are not able to play the game from which they expected more than communication errors with the servers.

We want to encourage Amazon Games to improve the quality of their services for Tripod Studio and its subsidiary Smilegate, which means:

• increasing the throughput of servers
• improvement of connections with the server 
• correction of any deficiencies related to the provision of server and hosting services

Players from all over the world would like to be able to play Lost Ark smoothly without any distractions from server limits that Amazon can improve at any time.
