Lasership is a very inneficient company that is giving Amazon a bad name. Their shipments are usually late, the drivers don't make any effort to even go inside the building, they don't call you and you'll be lucky if you find a slip letting you know of the "attempted" delivery.

Their customer service is null and inneficient. They don't answer emails, calling on the phone means around an hour of waiting and going through person after person that doesn't do any effort to solve your problems. 

In their webpage they don't have any physical address to a customer center, or any kind of office where I can pick up my undelivered merchandise, so it always ends on me having to contact Amazon Customer Service to ask for another shipment with any other company. 

I'm paying an Amazon Prime suscription which includes a free 2-day shipping, but is been rendered useless since Amazon insists on using Lasership and the 2 days turn into 2 weeks or 1 week if you're lucky. 

Please Amazon, stop using LASERSHIP
