The Issue

Hi my name is Barkim smith login Barkim I work at BDL3 in north haven Connecticut I worked for amazon for over 3 1/2 years and gain Alot of knowledge over the time Uprooted my family and made a commitment to amazon. So recently I was giving opportunity’s to travel from FC to FC to help struggling buildings with there process, I took the opportunity even tho I just had a new born baby. Now while be deployed from FC to FC my travel was messed up and never submitted by my operations manager so in return I had to drive my own vehicle and pay my own expenses including room and board. As I reached my 1st building Cmh3 in Ohio I was given an expense report thru an app called concur with no written policy or forms on as to how much I can expense on a daily and when to expense I also was deployed to Jfk8 in Staten Island in which again I paid my own travel, so now a few months down the line after my deployments I was taking in to HR and told I over spent out of standard policy in which I was never aware of any policy so I reached out to the core Project engineer who started my deployments and gave me the concur app for expenses and he directed me to submit a ticket which I can get off concur.com so I can set up payroll Deductions for anything they may feel is Personal expense I submitted the TT Almost immediately so I can satisfy the balance of $500, the next day Upon my return to work I opened a ticket and received a correspondence stating i routed the ticket to Wrong cti I then Rerouted ticket to correct CTI I then Rerouted ticket to correct CTI in which I received another Correspondence stating they need the invoice numbers in question to start deductions for future reference. Before I can reach out to HR for the invoice numbers in question I then was called into hr where they explained I was gonna be terminated for spending out of stand I then presented the ticket I submitted in regards to payroll deductions for expenses made on personal items the HR associate then notified me that she never seen this type of ticket before and that she needed to get a second opinion she then walked out of the HR office for a minimum of 30 minutes came back in to inform me that this is the incorrect ticket that I submitted in regards to this matter And that they are going to move forward with the termination process and then the ticket was made not viewable, I  feel as if I took all necessary steps possible to resolve this Manner the correct way and to find a different resolution to the issues at hand I feel as if HR did not take the necessary steps to research the situation I have proof of me reaching out to different operations managers in regards to getting help with Concor app and expense reports but to no avail now I’m being told I must submit an appeal to a panel of my peers in order to get my job back which I was never given a written warning or a final warning or even a chance to satisfy this manner and find a better solution I would think after almost 4 years of service that I would At least be given a chance for a mistake that I have no knowledge of never knew of any policies of and never was given forms of any policies
