They don't get regulated much in the US, but in the UK we have Ofcom and ASA and they may still be able to influence them. The film is no different to blackface, but towards people of Asian ethnicity. His previous film of the same name already inflicted mental torment on Kazakhs living in Kazakhstan and all over the world, including the UK. It looks like Amazon, an American company, are prioritising profits over human rights. In the US they may not be regulated much, but here in the UK we are hoping that Ofcom can help us stand up to the racist bully backed by a powerful American corporation and tell Amazon to urgently educate themselves and stop this damaging, racist film from being released on their platform.
