Many people who identify as female-to-male transgender or AFAB (assigned female at birth) non-binary but have yet to start any hormone treatment (such as myself) still have to deal with periods. This means buying pads, tampons, or other preferred items for these times. However, not all of these options are available for everyone. 

Always (the period supplies brand) is one of the biggest brands on the market for pads and tampons. Despite the supposed change last year, some of their packaging still includes the female symbol and the #LikeAGirl hashtag. This is a huge problem because having symbols and phrases like this on what could be your only option for period supplies can cause dysphoria for many trans and non-binary individuals. 

This petition aims to reach out to Always and push for the permanent change in packaging in order to make their products more inclusive to all people who use them. If this petition gets enough support, this may be a bigger reason for Always to take this issue more seriously and to better support transgender and non-binary people who use their products.

I hope we are able to achieve this goal, it would be an amazing step towards lessening dysphoria in everyday life.
