Collegiate Suites, Hunters Ridge, and Maple Ridge only allow its tenants to get internet provided by “Access Media 3”. As almost every tenant has experienced, the internet capacity of AM3 is not nearly enough for all the tenants to have ample internet for Zoom Classes, etc. AM3 provides 3 different speeds of 30, 60, 100 mbps, when in reality tenants only get 5-8 mbps. This is absolutely unexceptable especially amid a pandemic where everyone is taking classes online. If you, or someone you know in Collegiate Suites or anywhere else that has AM3 as their provider, please sign this to tell UmiCommunities to allow students to choose a service that can actually accommodate their needs.
