Allow Pepper Spray for Women's Self-Defense in Ireland
The Issue
Every single day, there's news of an attack. Our government continues to let in unvetted migrants and leaves us defenseless when we are attacked. Just recently, my son was stabbed in a random, unprovoked attack and almost lost an eye. Sexual assaults and stabbings have become all too common. If the government is leaving us in this vulnerable position, we should at least be allowed to carry pepper spray for self-defense.
This is not about any one group of course we know that .But the facts are knife crime is out of control.
I feel if the care worker looking after the young Ukrainian man that allegations suggest was stabbed 100 times in a frenzy attack .if, in my opinion that care worker had pepper spray legalised pepper spray she may have been able to control that horrifying attack (just my opinion)
