Our beloved community in Rehoboth thrives on the unique charm of our downtown area, and as a resident and small business owner, I continually hear from friends, neighbors, and customers about how much they would love to see more outdoor seating options downtown. This is our home, and just like many of us who call this community our own, we envision a place where people can enjoy the fresh air and ambiance of downtown Rehoboth.

There is ample space available where outdoor seating can be safely and effectively installed on the Second Street side of our building. This would add to the charm of our street. Across the country, cities report higher customer satisfaction and increased business revenues where outdoor seating has been implemented.
