I have been living with a mental health disability, ADHD with high anxiety, for 15 years been under constant pressure to move out as our home is on a crown land . For two decades, my family and I have called this house our home. Despite our long-term residence and the stability it provides us, we are now facing the threat of eviction have to vacate in6 months because the land is classified as crown land. We believe we should be granted the right to adverse possession due to our continuous occupancy and taking good care of this castle with no help from anyone.

This home is more than just a building it’s our castle; it’s where we’ve built memories and found solace amidst life’s challenges. Losing it would not only displace us but also exacerbate my mental health issues significantly as it already has and will worsen.
