As the Advisory Committee of Spiritas Ranch community, we are deeply concerned about privacy issues affecting homeowners.

Backyards should be private retreats for relaxation and family time, but current fences leave us exposed to neighbors and passersby, limiting our enjoyment of outdoor spaces.

Many other communities permit mesh screens with positive results—no impact on neighborhood harmony or values.

We respectfully request the Spiritas Ranch HOA amend its guidelines to allow mesh screens on iron railing fences.
