On 2/19/25 Trestle Management Group, the HOA for the brand-new 17 North Community, (NW Phoenix) informed me (a homeowner) that residents of the community are not allowed to utilize the community’s parking spots, or park on the street. The HOA will soon start fining owners who violate this rule. This is deeply problematic for the 75 homeowners that have 1 car garage homes, and no driveway. 

Since building this community in 2024, KHovanian Homes has sold these homes under false pretenses, telling buyers they would have parking within the community. The lack of parking is creating a fire hazard and nuisance for current residents.

On 2/19/25 a Khovanian Realtor confirmed that there are not enough parking spots for the 75 homeowners that have a 1 car garage (and no driveway) to utilize. 

This is a petition for KHovanian Homes and Trestle Management Group to build more parking spots for homeowners (at no cost to residents) , and for Trestle Management Group to allow residents to use the limited parking and street-parking that is available until a long-term solution is reached.

Email from Trestle Management Group: “parking should be limited to the resident's garage and/or driveway.  Please reference Page 27 - Section 8.1.23.   I'm sorry if you were misinformed during the purchase of your home.  There are a few parking spaces throughout the community for guests, not to be used by the residents for long term parking.”
