Currently, many beaches in Torbay ban dogs throughout the summer to accommodate tourists during the high season. We propose a change similar to the ruling in Cornwall, allowing dogs on all beaches but with time restrictions. Specifically, we suggest that dogs be allowed on beaches before 8am and after 6pm. This approach ensures that everyone, including well-behaved dogs and their owners, can enjoy Torbay's beautiful coastline.
