Brookshire Grocery Company, a grocery chain based in East Texas, recently introduced a new policy that restricts the individuality of their "valued" partners. This policy shows how archaic Brookshire Grocery Company really is. Lets make our voices heard!

We will not allow ourselves to be stripped of our individuality. 

Sign this petition to show them we, the partners who own this company and the customers who shop at Brookshire's and Super 1 Foods, do not agree with this restrictive policy.

A little over a year ago, the Company relaxed facial hair guidelines for our retail partners. Unfortunately, this decision has not led to an improvement with our partners’ professional image. We want our partners’ professionalism to be reflected in not only their actions but also in their appearance. Our customers care about our partners’ appearance, and so does the Company. Based upon observations, the Company is implementing new facial hair guidelines that are consistent with our Company’s and customers’ positive image of our partners.   

Below you will find the new Retail Facial Hair Guidelines. Please note that beards are no longer acceptable. We expect our partners with facial hair to have it closely cropped and in compliance with the guidelines. Our store directors and managers will be implementing these guidelines and monitoring compliance. We are proud of our partners and want their appearances to reflect their professionalism.
