Trail is the only community that does not allow backyard chickens. Our bylaw is outdated and should be updated to reflect the needs of the community and to address food security. 

Many families would benefit from being able to have backyard chickens and it is time for our council to update our bylaw to allow residents to co tribute to the food security for their family.
