According to Florida Statute 316.2123(1), ATVs are allowed to ride on public dirt roads. However, Levy county has claimed not to adopt this statute, and we are making this petition to make it to where Levy county adopts this statute for residents to be able to ride ATVs! Levy county area has always been big a fan of owning and riding ATVs, however, law enforcement has told us recently that if we are caught riding on public roads, we will receive citations even if we are on the easement of our own property. Please sign if you agree that Levy county citizens should be allowed to ride their ATVs freely, as long as they are not damaging property and destroying public roads. Thank you!
