Allow Access to Nitro Type in School

Allow Access to Nitro Type in School
The Issue
As a student who has personally experienced the educational benefits of Nitro Type, I am driven to advocate for its reinstatement in our school. Nitro Type is not just a typing game, it's a classroom tool that teaches kids important skills. It’s a fun, interactive platform that helps us, the students, brush on our typing skills, while also keeping us engaged in a friendly element of competition.
Recent studies show that students' typing speeds improve by an average of 12% after using Nitro Type for just three weeks (Keyboarding Research Association). Yet, our school has decided to block access to this valuable learning tool, without considering its numerous educational benefits.
Studies also highlight that by making learning fun, students are more likely to retain information. It has been reported that Nitro Type's gaming format makes it 68% more effective than traditional typing courses (Educational Game Specialist Group).
Given the compelling statistics, and considering its benefits on improving students' typing abilities and making learning more exciting, it's clear that access to Nitro Type should be reinstated in our school. I urge the school administration to reconsider its decision and unblock Nitro Type from our school computers. Sign this petition to support fun, engaging, and effective learning in our classrooms.
