We (the residents of Watson Hill Community need to band together to suggest the HOA board to update the ARC guidelines to allow the installation of permanent above-ground pools. 

With the small size of the current community pool and the additional 400 homes being built, our pool will become so overcrowded that it won’t be enjoyable for anyone. Not to mention the numerous fecal incidents that have happened (not to mention the ones that haven’t been reported) 

The ground is not favorable to in ground pools due to the heavy packed clay and the wetlands buried below it. Permanent above ground pools would allow residents with a fenced yard to enjoy the summers in private and take the strain off of the community amenities.

Help me by signing the petition to be forwarded to the HOA board along with a formal written request for update of ARC guidelines.
