Pete Mangin, Veteran/Firefighter, and Amy Mangin, a nurse practitioner, would like to bring attention and support to the ordinance for cannabis businesses in Toms River, NJ. We are in the process of founding a conditionally licensed cannabis  micro-dispensary business, and are eager to become involved and contributing members of the community. We are confident we will meet all state and local regulatory requirements and are willing to adapt to changing regulations. As a small, family-owned business, we are passionate about our work and are committed to giving back to the community by contributing 2% of our gross revenue. Petition to Allow a Medical Marijuana Dispensary in Toms River, NJ

To: Mayor and Town Council of Toms River

We, the undersigned residents of Toms River and the surrounding areas, respectfully request that the town council consider allowing a medical marijuana dispensary to open in our community.

As medical marijuana continues to become more widely accepted as a safe and effective treatment for a variety of medical conditions, it is imperative that those who require access to this medicine have convenient and reliable access. For many residents of Toms River, this requires traveling long distances to obtain their medicine, which can be burdensome and inconvenient.

A medical marijuana dispensary in Toms River would provide local residents with access to this medicine in a safe, secure, and regulated environment. Furthermore, it would create jobs and stimulate economic growth in the area, which would be a much-needed boost for the local economy.

We believe that allowing a medical marijuana dispensary in Toms River would be in the best interest of our community and would benefit those who require access to medical marijuana for their well-being.

Therefore, we respectfully request that the town council consider our request and Grant us approval to open a medical marijuana dispensary in Toms River.
