I have been eagerly preparing and dreaming of the opportunity to audition for the Hybe India girl group. I was born on January 17, 2012, and have been eagerly waiting for Hybe's auditions. However, due to the cutoff criteria, I, along with others born in 2012, am not eligible to audition. This ban has been a heart-wrenching disappointment after such prolonged anticipation and preparation.

The exclusion of 2012-born aspirants seems incredibly unfair, considering that those born in the fall of 2011 are eligible to audition. We share similar enthusiasm, commitment, and passion and are just a few days apart in age. This age criterion excludes so many earnest and talented young individuals from pursuing their dreams and showcasing their talents on such a revered platform.

This situation isn't just about one individual; it's about countless young aspirants who have dedicated themselves to their craft, honing their skills in hopes of being noticed by Hybe. Each of us has a story of perseverance and dedication, and we deserve a fair opportunity to fulfill our dreams.

We urge Hybe to reconsider the audition criteria and permit those born in early 2012 to showcase their talent. Extending the eligibility to include 2012 births would not only foster inclusivity but also enrich the talent pool, adding unique voices and skills to the auditions.
