A lot of us worker are working are working for minimum wage or a dollar extra during this world crisis. These officers get up every morning to go do their job putting themselves at risk of exposure to the COVID 19 virus. Most of the officers have loved ones they care about, and if they get exposed and bring it home those loved ones could very well be exposed to the sickness as well. I feel as an  essential worker for Allied Universal during all of this we deserve to be compensated for putting our lives in jeopardy. We are on the frontlines dealing with close contact with hundreds of people daily to look out for others and keep them safe. With such an important job we as workers feel as though we should be compensated justly. We feel like we are just being used because we are looking out for everyone us and nobody else is looking out for us. We just want fair and equal treatment as everyone else. We are looked at as one oft the most important people in the facility we are stationed at but we get paid terrible. The warehouse workers make more than the security team. We as workers feel as though it should be the opposite especially considering our role at the job. We just want our voices to be heard and want change to happen.
