Given the many recent changes to school scheduling and the upcoming thanksgiving holiday, it would be a blessing for teachers, parents and students if classes were canceled in November 23 and November 24.  This will allow teachers to catch up as well as prepare for the stretch before Christmas break.  Parents, teachers and students can prepare for the holiday.  Research has shown that not much learning gets done in the days immediately preceding holidays.  Please consider the needs of all stakeholders of the school district given the current turbulent times.
