Release the film Madrugada!

Release the film Madrugada!
The Issue
On 19 May 2018 at 9:40 PM, independent film production company Backpocket Entertainment ran a casting call advertisement on Backstage.com for actors and actresses to star in a film titled Madrugada. The company described the film as ". . . a micro-budget drama with a supernatural twist", looking primarily to cast males between the ages of 18 and 50 years old. Talent from Newark, DE; New York, NY; and Philadelphia, PA was sought after. Casting officially ended on 30 June 2018 at 11:59 PM.
The film was set to be shot from late June to early July of 2018. It finally premiered over three years later at the Cecil County Independent Film Festival (Milburn Stone Theater, North East, MD) at 1:30 PM on Saturday, 6 November 2021, with a runtime of 35 minutes. Producer Matthew Martinez was in the audience. Madrugada has not been officially released.
The film won Cecil County Independent Film Festival's "Special Achievement" award, as well as a crowd in awe. No other film compared to Madrugada at the festival. It stood out as the best-edited, best-produced, and best-written film of the bunch, rivaling even its more popular contemporaries today.
Madrugada deserves to be seen by eyes across the globe. This petition aims to free Mardugada from editorial bondage by proposing its free or paid release through Vimeo.
