Transfer of uttar pradesh government teachers of aspirational districts.

Transfer of uttar pradesh government teachers of aspirational districts.
The Issue
I am 16 years old and my mother is not with me since five years. I wanted to share my story because there are thousands of such women who are living without their children and are working for the government. There are countless number of children who are a few months old or are two to three years old and are living without their mothers or fathers.
These mothers were employed as government teachers in several districts of uttar pradesh on assurance that they would be transferred to their hometowns and families in two to three years. My mother is one such teacher employed in Behraich .Suddenly a notice was issued that 8 districts of U.P have fallen into aspirational districts, namely Behraich, Sravasti, Fatehpur, Chitrakoot, Chandoli, Sonbhadra, Balrampur, Siddharthanagar and no transference was done from them. It was 2018 and now its about the end of 2019. The posting was done on 2015. They were however assured that they would be transferred in two years forth. But suddenly on 10 October, 2019 a notice was issued indirectly confirming to the state of "no tranfers" .This is a fault on the government's part and not the teachers.
I demand their tranfers on the basis of these clauses-
1. They were not told at the time of posting that no tranfers will be made from their districs. Now, Is their any mistake on their part for which they are being punished while all other teachers from other districts have been transferred?
2. It is unethical to snatch away the bliss of parenthood from mothers and fathers as well as their crying tender children. Ones whom we need the most are not with us. There are girlchilds who can share their problems or needs only with their mothers but owing to the present times, it is unfortunate that their mothers are not with them.
3. These teachers are becoming seniors but no promotions hve been made yet. This is some loss which they will have to bear in their entire lifetime.
4. How can the government give children a choice to choose between living with their fathers or mothers when whom they need is both.
5. The government cannot expect someone to work diligently when their families and children are kilometers away from them. If in any situation something happens to them their families are not there to help them or support them.
6. Earlier on 29 March 2018 a law namely G.O was issued to transfer them to their hometowns after 2 years i.e 29 March 2020 but it has remained unaffected. This is injustice.
All I demand is to transfer the teachers of these aspirational districts as they have suffered enough!!. Kindly listen to our problems and unite our families so that the administration of the state and the education of the state's children can be done even more effectively!! Its in the best interest of state as well as humanity.
