I want to UK Manufacturers to permanently change the way they make hard boiled lollipops in order to improve child safety

The current suggestion is to change the spherical lollipop to a flat disc shape or another design, to reduce the risk of choking if the lolly comes away from the stick unexpectedly.

There are always horror stories being circulated on social media of near misses and tragically some deaths from children choking on them. I'm sure you will have seen a story or know someone personally that it has happend to.
