Young Drivers are discriminated against and charged a daily fee when renting a vehicle which drives the cost of said rentals up to double the price which they would be paying otherwise. When young Drivers already have insurance on the vehicle which covers any damage and liability and for which they are already paying more as a young driver, this additional tax for renting the vehicle becomes effectually just that, a discriminatory tax.
