Some New York Jets fans are complaining about their Head Coach, Adam Gase. However, you have to look past the team records for the teams he has coached, player unhappiness, and overall demeanor to realize that Adam is a good guy and a GREAT coach! Peyton Manning says that he is one of the best coaches he has ever played for. And, you don’t have to look much further than Ryan Tannehill to see that he is a quarterback guru. Yes, Ryan is succeeding with another team besides one that Coach Gase had coached, but Gase set the foundation of success for Ryan. 

Give it some more time.  Maybe another two or three years, or maybe even sign him to a lifetime contract. All teams not named the New York Jets will thank you for it.
