NATIONAL HINDU BOARD  for TEMPLES : Hindu temples are now being managed by state governments and the income generated from the temple goes to state governments and have full control over them. This is causing lot of damage to the Hindu community as they are not able to manage the temple as required by the Hindu religious and cultural traditions and the revenue generated are being totally mismanaged. 
if the present system continue one fine day we can see all the revenues are mismanaged and assets being gobbled by the influential parties  and temples will be completely neglected. 
If an independent National temple board encompassing the entire country is established it will form the fulcrum of administration of the temples across India. State level boards are formed as an umbrella organisation under the National board and administrative works will be handled by them in their states. All the funds collected from all the temples will go to the National board and will be distributed to the states  boards in certain ratio of the revenue generated. 
Will the state government keep quiet when they are getting abundant revenue with out doing anything to all the temples except a few? In order to keep them in the loop one has to work out to share a part of the revenue. 
All  the assets of the temple shall be documented and kept under the custody of the National temple board and their status shall be upgraded to the marketable title with registration done and other relavant  government regulations. The state governments should not have no control over the assets of the temples. 
With the present system of managing the temples Hindu’s are cheated and their beliefs shattered , which has caused tremendous suffering to their psyche. It’s impossible for them get over this situation and requires tremendous amount of time and effort to heal by the Hindu community to become normal. 
it looks like it’s done intentionally to destroy the Hindu communities faith,belief in their religion.

This is the right time to bring about a change in the way temples are managed. The Hindu temple  Boards must be managed by Hindus only and at no point of time others are  given any position on the Board.

I feel this will not only improve the quality of services offered by the temples, their income properly managed, their assets protected and temple priests  compensated well. It encourages lot of people to adopt the services in the temple as a means to earn their living as a profession. The compensation to the priests and other supporting staff can be streamlined over the entire country. The deserving temples which are in a dilapidated condition can be restored.
