Please help me in trying to make every single workplace, supply the proper equipment for their employees. They hardly ever supply bigger sized work uniforms, and I think that's extremely unprofessional, they should supply every single size under the sun for their workers. For example, my old job didn't have any pants to fit me, I went home that day and became very sad and blamed myself for being so big. But it's not my fault. Its the companies for not suppling the proper equipment needed. This needs to change. And it needs to change now.
