As public health employee's we are entitled to meals and entertainment salary packaging. The current system requires the submission of paper receipts. Other health services across the state of Victoria have a debit card system which allows the card to be used at services provided their ABN is registered as a meals and entertainment service provider. 

We want the card system at Barwon Health: Why?
