Since launch of Fallout 76, Bethesda has been neglectful with both the product and services it has provided. Shortly after launch, numerous countries reported lack of connectivity and outages. The stability of servers caused many to lose progress and interest all together. An utterly incomplete game was issued to players full of bugs glitches and game breaking oversights by Bethesda and Zenimax.

  In it's neglect and unwillingness to support paying customers Bethesda launched the first of many major ban waves. Instead of performing routine maintenance of the game and actively fixing known bugs, glitches and exploits many thousands of characters who merely interacted unknowingly with exploiters were caught and swept under the rug. 

  To this day many who have the unfortunate luck of interacting with dupers including the newest players of Fallout76 and veterans alike are still banned for mere association with players of unknown intent. Recent Duplication glitch bans caught many veteran and novice players alike. Instead of maintaining an active team to successfully combat exploiting by fixing in game issues; they have yet again resorted to blanket bans.

  This petition seeks to stop their destructive use of blanket bans and indefinite suspensions over issues Bethesda has neglected to fix and allows to run for lengthy periods of time. This petition also seeks to enforce that Bethesda is dutiful in its maintenance instead of fixing major bugs with "bandaid" solutions.
