The electoral map in virtually every state awards all of their electorates to the overall majority winner of the state. Electorates were designed so New York does not have more say than Kansas based on population. The growth of urban/mega cities have created a 21st century problem that did not exist in the 18th century. Changing the way electorates vote and are awarded similar to Nebraska would provide a much better reflection and vote tally in presidential elections.
