Amazon offers a ''pickup point location'' but many items are not included in this service. For Quebec and other provinces, they often use INTELCOM EXPRESS as a courier. Many have complained about Lost, stolen, delayed and delivered to the wrong address packages, some, more than once! This is a widespread problem that can be verified with a simple Google search of the company. On a personal level, I have had 2 packages delivered to the wrong address within 1 week. One was sent 3 houses down the road and the other was sent on a another street where the receiver actually signed my name. These shady and incompetent activities from your courier of choice can be detrimental to many people's peace of mind. How can we trust to purchase a ''prime'' item from Amazon if you do not listen to your customer's complaint about INTELCOM EXPRESS?
We urge you to rethink your use of that courier who have shown time and time again their incompetency. Or alternatively, allow ALL packages to be sent to a pickup point location where identity can be confirmed.
