The CEO of Wounded Warrior Project, Steven Nardizzi needs to resign his position with the organization. He has severely misused funds that were donated for the specific purpose of taking care of those that have been impacted by combat. Instead of putting millions of dollars into programs and services for the warriors and families to ensure the highest quality of care, he spent millions on a conference in a Colorado Springs luxury hotel. Since Steven Nardizzi has stepped into the role as CEO, spending for meetings and conferences has soared from $1.7 million in 2010, to $26 million in 2014. It has been said that at a few of the conferences he has came in on a Segway, on a horse, and has even rapelled down the side of a building. I am sure that there are thousands of wounded warriors that would love to be able to get out of the wheelchair, stand on their own, and ride around on a Segway that was bought using donor funds. The warriors, families, friends, and donors will all benifit if Steven Nardizzi resigns his position. Speak up America!
