Mr. Hahn,

We, the undersigned, urge you not to lease the Kwik Way site to Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins. Such a lease would lock in up to 25 years of car-oriented, fast food land use that is incompatible with the spirit of our pedestrian-friendly neighborhood. We will strongly oppose this proposal using all available avenues and will continue to support the best possible use of this site: a mixed-use development providing housing combined with ground floor retail.
