Chilton's Avenue /Roscoe Road in Billingham are residential areas with alot of streets which lead off both roads

It is used heavily by work force at the top of the road and also a haulage company.

The road is 30mph but is constantly being used by speeding motorists 

There has been a number of accidentst this road including my own daughter getting knocked down and more  recently in 2019 a gentleman sadly lost his life to a speeding motorists.

We need to have better speed restrictions and access restrictions to protect the residents of Chilton's Avenue/Roscoe Road and the surrounding streets and most importantly the young children who are at risk of serious injury or even the risk of being killed
