Rogers is once again seeking approval for a 63 meter high cell tower(206 ft. or equivalent to a 20-storey building) adjacent to our neighborhood.  They have made a nominal change from the 2022 attempt by moving the tower site back another 30 meters. This is not what the citizens of our neighborhood asked for.  Rogers needs to find a new site away from our houses. EU countries and North Cowichan require a 500m setback. The 60m setback on this proposal is not adequate.

There are unanswered safety concerns as well as the visibility issues of such a huge structure. A significant amount of trees will have to be removed to accommodate access and construction of the proposed site.
