Due to the current situation of COVID-19 and most of us being contained within our homes, it would help us all significantly if our hydro and water cost could be reduced to off peak hour rates all day. As most of the population is not working, therefore, home all day, we are consuming a large amount of hydro and Water. I ask Alectra Utilities to help us with the current situation and reduce the rates to off peak hours to help us with the struggle that is to come ahead!
