To help with the people that are unemployed and are greatly affected by the financial bind that Covid-19 has put the residents in. 
Most are on a fixed income and at this time CAF management has made many upgrades to the property that is not needed and increasing the rent to bring in a different class of residents and slowly pushing out the long term residents. Making improvements that are more luxury that are not needed at this time all while neglecting the area’s of the property that need to be attended to first. Many health and safety violations that pose real threats all while their improvements pose no real need at this time. We need them to fix the in house problems first as well as help offer those a better solution to help those in dire need. This is gentrification at it’s finest putting profit over people. I have hundreds of photos and videos as well as legal binding documents, letters as well as emails that will prove all the area’s they have failed as well as have spoken personally with many of the residents and will continue to do so. Also their office staff as well as the office manager have handled these matters in a very unprofessional way. As well as has discriminated against the residents on more than one instance. They have discriminated against the minorities as well as the men in this community. We have brought up many different problems to their attention and every time they disregarded the issues or flat out didn’t care. They have made many different errors as of sending the wrong emails to the wrong tenants, confusing tenats and their unit numbers. Giving documentation to the wrong tenants which is a privacy violation. As well as errors in their portal and clerical errors that pertain private information. And the worst is they were offering $500 off to new tenants but won’t and would not help the long term residents that may be in a financial bind. Their answer to us is to file for organizations that the clearly don’t understand as well as go to charities and apply for food stamps, hand outs and unemployment. All of which is intensely difficult at these trying times. I personally have been in contact with them and have addressed everything for over a month and have tried to give them the opportunity to truly stand by their motto.
Their motto is people matter and performance counts for which that isn’t the case.
