PETITION TO HAVE GOVENOR KAY IVEY CALL THE ALABAMA LEGISLATURE FOR A SPECIAL SESSION.

PETITION IS GRANTED BY SECTION 25 OF THE ALABAMA CONSTITUION

("Right to peaceably assemble and petition for redress of grievances, etc.")

We, the people of the State of Alabama, in order to establish justice, insure domestic tranquility and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, invoking the favor and guidance of Almighty God, do ordain and establish the following Constitution and form of government for the State of Alabama:

WE THE CITIZENS OF ALABAMA DEMAND THE FOLLOWING;

• REORGANIZATION AND EXPANSION OF THE INACTIVE ALABAMA STATE DEFENSE FORCE (ASDF) INTO AN OPERATING ARMY DEFENDING THE STATE OF ALABAMA
• ESTABLISHING A STATE MILITIA TO PROTECT AND DEFEND ALABAMA
• ESTABLISHING AN APPROVED LIST OF PRIVATE MILITIAS TO PROTECT AND DEFEND ALABAMA 
   

Reasons behind the petition to call a special session:

• Alabama citizens cannot trust the Biden Administration to not use the US military to enforce unconstitutional vaccine/covid/masks mandates in Alabama. Directly violating our 1st amendment right granted by the constitution.
• We cannot trust the Biden Administration to utilize the ATF to conduct illegal confiscation of civilian firearms. Directly violating our 2nd amendment right. The Biden Administration has mentioned that the government could use weapons of mass destruction on American civilians. • It’s becoming evidently clear that the Biden Administration is participating in the misuse and abuse of military power. The President and his cabinet in Washington refuses to listen to intelligence reports, this is of major concern for Alabama citizens. Military officials across the nation are condemning the actions of President Biden which resulted in the death of 13 Service Members in the explosion at the airport in Kabul, Afghanistan. The Biden Administration also gave the Taliban intel on thousands of Americans that were left behind in the airport in Kabul to provide the Taliban a way to help move Americans out of the country. 
• President Biden’s administration is also actively in the process of transporting 100,000 Afghanistan refugees to America without properly conducting vetting procedures. How are sure that no radical extremists are among the group of refugees without proper evaluation? Some of these 100,000 Afghanistan refugees could end up in Alabama and we need a strong security team to analyze and vet potential refugee’s entry into Alabama. 
• Alabama citizens are not properly defended for a potential federal invasion of any sort of manner. Currently we rely on the AL National Guard to defend us. But we need new branches to help form an Army for the state in case of a potential invasion. 
• We refuse to lose our rights as citizens of the State of Alabama and the United States of America. To ensure the protection of our rights granted to us by the Constitution, we need a State Army or Militia in Alabama to help keep that a reality.
   

WE THE CITIZIENS OF ALABAMA HAVE PROTECTION OF RIGHTS:

DECLARATION OF RIGHTS: That the great, general, and essential principles of liberty and free government may be recognized and established, we declare:

SECTION 1: "That all men are equally free and independent; that they are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable rights; that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness."

SECTION 2: "That all political power is inherent in the people, and all free governments are founded on their authority, and instituted for their benefit; and that, therefore, they have at all times an inalienable and indefeasible right to change their form of government in such manner as they may deem expedient."

SECTION 26: "(a) Every citizen has a fundamental right to bear arms in defense of himself or herself and the state. Any restriction on this right shall be subject to strict scrutiny."

SOLUTION:

• It’s time for the Alabama State Government to take necessary measures to protect the citizens of Alabama properly. The Alabama State Defense Force (ASDF) has been disbanded since 2014 and is currently limited to a maximum of 1,000 servicemen. The ASDF needs a maximum amount of 50,000 servicemen but a minimum of 7,500 at any given time.
• The State Government of Alabama has to approve of private militias and help provide substantial plans of organization, arming, and training of State militias according to ARTICLE XV SECTION 271: “The legislature shall have power to declare who shall constitute the militia of the state, and to provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining the same; and the legislature may provide for the organization of a state and naval militia”
