This piece of trash human being, Tim Logan needs to be put in jail. He abuses and kills animals at his vet clinic. The staff doesn’t stop him or report it. Multiple animals have been hurt or killed by him. There’s video evidence of him abusing an innocent 19 YEAR OLD CAT. this is not okay. He needs to go to jail to rot and suffer, just like that poor cat did. Please sign this.
