I was trying to authenticate my Airtel mobile number to online payment apps like Amazon pay, Gpay , Phonepe etc but couldn't  even if I have recharged my number of Rs 79 . There was mentioned that you have insufficient balance to send SMS, at that time I had Rs 2 only that's why I again recharge my  number of Rs 79 just for sending one single SMS which was perforce to me to authenticate my number to restart my online transaction through mobile. I thoroughly search in the airtel thanks app there wasn't a single pack related to SMS in less amount ,if anybody want to Send any message even if they have incoming outgoing pack still they have to recharge his number of minimum 129.

I am not only who is facing this inflation of pack in Airtel earlier it's incoming outgoing pack was worth of Rs 49 but now they increased Rs 49 to Rs 79 .

Let's talk about  those people who have twice sim card of different companies( such as jio & Airtel). If he regularly use jio but at same time he has to start his airtel sim for income call then he have to recharge Rs 79 which is meant much for middle class students, poor people & fo  many more. 

In this pandemic all the students have to study online. Those poor students who are user of it are facing a thumping problem of shortage of data,  they have increased there smallest data pack to Rs 48 in which we can get only 3GB but they  have provide second pack of Rs 98 in which we can get 12GB. But it is worthless to those who  haven't much money. They are taking advantage of compulsion from poor people.

Why Airtel provide it's user with such  expensive pack. It's each and every pack is costliest among all the sim card companies.It has highest number of user that's why millions of poor people are facing this pack inflation of Airtel. 

Please take action against their costliest pack. This can be only possible when we all will rise our voice against them.
